Equinox was inspired by a visit to the Equinox Resort in Manchester VT at the height of spectacular fall color. The design represents leaves and tree branches, and was created in Photoshop, using weave structure overlays of broken twill. Finishing elements are tubular double weave selvedges, hemstitching and twisted, knotted fringe. Woven with hand-dyed 30/2 bombyx silk.
